Your accommodation comprises a 3 bedroom,  2 bathroom full size villa of 1250 s.f. with
cathedral ceilings in the main living and dining area. Our villa is located on the top floor and only has one small wall connected to another villa, no need to worry about noisy neighbours next door or above
you !
Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted
occasional furniture including two large sofa beds and two recliners in the lounge area.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, double dresser and mirror together with night
tables, lamps, blinds
and its own ensuite bathroom complete with shower, vanity worktop with inset basin,
fully tiled walls, large vanity mirror, WC and walkin closet.
The second bedroom has a
double bed with closet and the third bedroom 2 twin sized beds. The second bathroom
comes complete with bathtub, shower with fully tiled walls, washbasin and WC.
Our Villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard, fully air conditioned, and
with ceiling fans. Colour  televisions connected to the cable network are provided in both the
living area and master bedroom. Our villa is fully licensed for vacation use and and
complies with all the latest fire and safety regulations.
As one would expect the kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of equipment and in
particular a fullsize stove with oven, a large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste
disposal unit, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
Our villa also has a laundry room with a family size automatic washing machine
and dryer.
Direct dial telephone system with all local calls being free, long distance and international
calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the
area. The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc. Cots, high chairs, additional towels
and daily cleaning are all available locally if required for a small fee.
